Distribution of Bread for Displaced Families in Khan Younis

This emergency project aims to provide freshly baked bread to displaced and highly vulnerable families in Khan Younis camps, one of the areas most affected by the war. Three bags of flour (approximately 75 kg) will be used initially to bake and distribute bread free of charge to the most fragile families. The initiative aligns with Be Human’s humanitarian mission: “Be Kind, Be Human.”

Background and Justification

Due to the ongoing crisis in Gaza, displaced families in Khan Younis face severe difficulties accessing bread because of flour shortages, bakery closures, and power cuts. This project provides an essential food source to strengthen food security and alleviate the suffering of affected families.
